Book a Sale

YooperTime has worked diligently to build a process that removes the stress in an estate sale. We know that every estate is different. Our process customizes to meet your particular needs, without missing a single detail. Limiting the number of estate sales we will represent keeps us intimately attached to our clients, and the story each estate tells.
1 – Analyze Phase
In Home Consultation
We begin our process with a discussion to understand your needs. Sometimes it’s the analysis of the estates’ items that point the way forward. We’ll discuss a customized plan that can accommodate needs that range from downsizing to a complete clean-out. We’ll explain how strategies can incorporate both antique consignment, and estate supplementation.
2 – Strategy and Organization Phase
Preparation and Set-up
We will organize, arrange, and display your items with appraised prices for sale. If we find a valuable piece you forgot to mention or one that appears rich with a sentimental value we’ll always consult you first. We’ll do all the heavy lifting in advertising your sale too, within your authorized ad budget. Our methods help “get the word out,” and direct the right buyers confidently to your sale.
3 – Execution Phase
Interested buyers will be able to view notable items of your estate sale ahead of time online, but embargo the address until our security is physically on site to protect your valuables during the sale. Once the address is released, security remains on-site until the conclusion of the sale.
We make it convenient for buyers to purchase your estate pieces. We accept cash, credit cards at no extra expense, and checks that withstand verification. We always help buyers load their purchases, and can arrange both local and long distance delivery.
4 – Final Phase
Even estates with the best pieces don’t liquidate completely. After we clear the premises and remove our equipment, we’ll meet with you to go over our detailed account of which inventory items sold, which did not. Together, we may decide to put some remaining pieces on consignment at one of the Wilson Antiques locations. You’ll receive the proceeds less our agreed-upon fees.
